NAT- open or type 1 (depending on system) Data loss- 0% and anything more is a problem. Signal latency- 80ms or less. All it could mean is a reset of your router and then clear your console's cache. If you still have problems run a diagnostic. I was trying to download Destiny 2 which is a 90 gb game but my download speed was capped at mb/s.
