Ps4 download list

I just got a PS4 and looking for the PSN download list. I'm wanting the one that show the ps3 games I bought that's also on the ps4 like flow. These themes (codes) are sent to you by email after progressing through the game and that's the only way to unlock it so without accessing the download list I can't really get to it.
